- Please be informed that we will consider questions related to our items usage issues (which is not covered in Documentation), Possible bugs and any modification in the themes scope. Requests regarding to any modification or customisation (out of themes scope) will be considered as paid work. However we accept premium customisation at this time. If you would like to hire our support staff you should submit a private ticket in "Premium Customisation" category. You should mention all your needs including the price you can afford to pay for the changes. We only accept Paypal. Please note that simple code snippets or tweaks is NOT considered as premium support.

- Before creating a new discussion, please make sure you:
1. Read Documentation.
2. Use the Search. Your question might have already been answered.
3. Please be descriptive about your issue on discussion title and content as much as possible. Attach screenshots and your URL if applicable.
4. We regularly add frequent questions to FAQ section so make sure to check it out.

- Meanwhile, please be aware of the time difference around the globe. The forums will be monitored Monday through Friday and questions will be answered in order received. We will try our best to respond to your queries within 24-48 hours. Please note we do not work on weekends.
